The K 3 Horizontal Plus Home trades the usual upright body for a low horizontal one: 120 bar, 380 l/h, 25 m²/h, a carry handle, and a detergent suction hose.
Domestic pressure washers are pulled over by their own hoses, usually at the moment you move from one area to another. A low, wide body with a handle removes most of that, and it stows on a shelf rather than needing floor space. What you give up is wheels: this machine is carried, which is comfortable across a courtyard and tedious across a garden.
The integrated suction mechanism draws from your own bottle rather than a clip-in cartridge. That matters on the jobs where detergent does the work — render, stone, anything where dwell time replaces pressure.
At 380 l/h it moves more water than a K 2 and less than a K 4. Twenty bar over a K 2 changes very little; forty litres an hour changes a little more. Neither turns it into a machine for a neglected drive.

It decides how often the machine ends up on its side. Upright machines are pulled over by their own hose; a low horizontal body with a carry handle stays put and is easier to stow. The trade is that there are no wheels, so it is carried rather than towed — fine for a courtyard, tiring across a large garden.
It draws from a five-litre container instead of a small clip-in bottle. On a car that is irrelevant. On a terrace treatment, where you need volume and dwell time, it is the difference between refilling four times and not stopping.
