At the bottom of this group by price sits the UniversalAquatak 125: 125 bar, a five-metre hose, and one nozzle that does three jobs. It is a machine for washing rather than for stripping.
The 3-in-1 nozzle is the design decision that defines it. Twisting the head moves from a wide fan jet, through a rotary jet for hard surfaces, to a narrow pencil jet. Competing machines in this price band ship two or three separate lances, and in practice the right one is always the one you left indoors.
There is a second, quieter advantage: fewer separate parts means fewer things to drop in grit, and a nozzle that has been dropped in grit is a nozzle that has lost its pattern.

No, it is the most practical thing about the machine. A twist of the head moves between a wide fan for general washing, a rotary jet for concrete and a narrow pencil jet for a stubborn patch. On machines with separate lances, the one you need is always the one on the far side of the garden — and the rotary lance is the one people lose first.
Because pressure only breaks the bond between dirt and surface. Litres per hour then carry that dirt away, and it is the figure that decides whether a terrace takes twenty minutes or an hour. Bosch does not publish one for this model, so it cannot be compared honestly with a machine that does — that is a limitation of the listing rather than a judgement about the machine.
Not directly. Bosch, Kärcher and Nilfisk each use a different connector, and the trade standard M22 thread is a fourth. Adapters exist, and each one adds a joint that can leak or part under pressure. Buy the surface cleaner Bosch sells for this fitting, or accept the adapter knowingly.
