The 125 with ten more bar and two more metres of hose — and the second of those is the one you notice.
The bottom line The better-balanced of the two Bosch machines here, and the hose is the reason.
The UniversalAquatak 135 is the 125 with ten more bar and a seven-metre hose. Of those two changes, only one is worth paying for — and it is not the pressure.
Between 125 and 135 bar there is no job that becomes possible. The variables that decide the result on a domestic machine are the nozzle pattern, the distance you hold it and whether detergent has been given time to work. A ten-bar difference disappears entirely behind any one of them.
Working radius is the specification nobody prints on the front of the box and everybody feels. Five metres puts the machine inside the area you are cleaning; seven metres keeps it at the edge of it. That means fewer moves, less risk of tipping the unit into what you have just rinsed, and no tugging the machine along by its own high-pressure hose — the habit that kinks a hose at the gun and eventually splits it.
As on the 125, the 3-in-1 head carries fan, rotary and pencil jets in one piece. It removes the most common domestic frustration — the right lance being somewhere else — and, less obviously, it protects the machine from its owner: a rotary jet that requires a deliberate twist is used deliberately, rather than left fitted from the last job and dragged across a car door.
This is still a domestic machine with an unpublished flow rate. For a terrace done annually, a car, garden furniture and a bike it is more than enough. For a long farm drive or a render wall that has not been cleaned in a decade, the honest recommendation is a machine that publishes a flow figure — the Kärcher K 5’s 500 l/h in this group, or a trade machine with a metal pump.

For the hose, usually yes; for the pressure, no. Ten bar is inside the range where technique and nozzle choice matter more than the machine. Two extra metres of hose, on the other hand, is the difference between moving the unit twice while washing a car and not moving it at all.
Start about a metre away and close in only until the dirt starts to move. The force on the surface falls off sharply with distance, which is why the same machine can clean concrete and be safe on a car — the setting that changes is your arm, not the dial. On soft wood and render, stay far and let detergent do the work.
More than it looks. Grit from the mains is what wears a pump and rounds off a nozzle, and a filter you can see through is a filter you actually check. If the machine loses pressure, look there before assuming the pump is failing — a blocked filter starves the pump and produces exactly the same symptom.
